TitleVera Terms of Service

Welcome to TitleVera. By accessing or using our notary-style document and title support services, digital products, or physical goods, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
- Services: Notary-style document certification, title research assistance, chain of title verification, and related consultations.
- Digital Products: Downloadable e-books, templates, and guides.
- Physical Goods: Printed certificates, supplies, and materials.
2. Scope of Services
TitleVera offers the following:
- Notary-style document certification and notarization support.
- Title research and chain of title verification.
- Consultations on title matters and document preparation.
3. Digital Products
Our digital offerings include e-books, fillable templates, and instructional guides delivered electronically after purchase.
4. Physical Goods
Customized printed certificates and support materials shipped to your address.
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are quoted in advance and due before service delivery, download, or shipment. We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout. Failure to pay may delay or suspend access.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Notary-Style Document and Title Support Services
Clients may reschedule once at no extra charge if we receive notice at least 48 hours before the appointment. Refund requests received at least 72 hours before the scheduled time will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable due to staff scheduling and document preparation costs.
6.2 Digital Products
Digital items are delivered immediately upon purchase and are therefore non-refundable once access has been granted. Exceptions apply only if a digital product is defective or inaccessible. To request a refund or report an issue, please use our Contact Form. Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 14 business days.
6.3 Physical Goods
Unused items in original condition may be shipped back to TitleVera within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping expenses. After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will credit your payment method within 14 business days.
7. Changes to Terms
TitleVera reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our offerings after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
